■Return Policy
If you contact us within one week of receiving the product and return it to us, we will accept the return.
*We can accept returns within the period even if the reason is a difference in size or image.
* For items such as rings that have been altered to a size outside the range of alterations possible, or items that have been remodeled into earrings,
Products that have been processed at an additional cost cannot be returned.
*Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if the period has passed.
Once we receive the product, we will let you know how to process the refund.
*This will not apply if the processing has been done by another company or if we have performed our own appraisal results.
*Returns due to differences in expectations, such as changes to the current situation, will not be accepted.
■Return/Cancellation Guarantee <br data-mce-fragment="1">We will accept returns for any reason if you contact us within one week of receiving the product (excluding items where we have made individual special terms and conditions or items that are noted in the special notes).
As soon as the product arrives at our address, we will transfer the money to your specified bank or post office account.
■Free repair guarantee <br data-mce-fragment="1">Any damage, defects or faults that occur during normal use will be repaired free of charge for one year from the date of arrival of the product.
We will repair the product free of charge for one year from the date of arrival.
*However, this is only available if all materials such as stones and parts are present.
*Replacement costs for lost materials will be charged separately.
* Defects caused by carelessness or intent on the part of the customer, or by processing by parties other than our company,
Damage etc. is not covered by the warranty.
■Size adjustment guarantee <br data-mce-fragment="1">For any ring you purchase, we will adjust the size free of charge as many times as you like for one year from the date of purchase.
(The size can be altered within the range stated in the description.)
