In case of return due to customer's convenience
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, such as because the design is different from the image, we will accept returns. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product to request a return, and then send it to us.

Depending on the case, we may restrict future orders or charge an ordering fee based on the return rate and amount. Please note. -
Returns will only be accepted by customers whose origin is within Japan.
Since this is a Japanese site, ring sizes are listed in Japanese sizing.
While some customers occasionally misread the sizes,
this will not be accepted as a reason for returns.
We kindly ask that you verify the sizes beforehand.
In case of return due to our company's circumstances
If the product is defective or damaged due to an accident during shipping, or if you receive a different product, we will exchange it (or refund you in some cases) at our expense.
Please contact us using the contact information below within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges if you contact us after the 4th day.
