Product description Yellow gold stud earrings set with sorted 0.736ct and 0.733ct circular brilliant cut diamonds from the Central Gem Research Institute.

Although the round brilliant cut is the mainstream in modern times, the shape of the diamond actually has a history that is not often talked about. Going back about 100 years, the old European cut, which was cut under dim candlelight, is said to be the prototype of the round brilliant cut, but the circular brilliant cut was the in between.
This loose piece was created in a period of transition, combining the lustrous terry of Old Europe with the brilliance of a round brilliant.

While it shines brightly, it has an impressive sparkle that gives it a somewhat antique feel.
